Signal Proof is a digital product brand operated by Signal Proof, trading as Mild Weather Studio LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our flagship product is the Signal Proof Implementation Hub, a digital Notion workspace system sold via signalproof.io.

- Purchase data: When you buy through Dodo Payments, they collect your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your name and email to fulfil your order and deliver your product.
- Email correspondence: If you contact us at [email protected], we retain the content of your messages and your email address.

- Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. This includes pages visited, time on site, referring source, and general device/browser information. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Meta Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This may collect information about your visit and link it to your Meta profile if you are logged in.

- We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed by Dodo Payments.

Signal Proof is operated from the UAE. Our service providers (Google, Meta, Notion) are based primarily in the United States. Dodo Payments (our payment processor) is processes payments as Merchant of Record, handling applicable VAT and sales tax globally. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
