The short version: All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments and assessed on a case-by-case basis at their discretion.

1. How Payments Work

All Signal Proof purchases are processed by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments), who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means your purchase is made from Dodo Payments, not directly from Signal Proof.

By purchasing, you agree to both this policy and Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Dodo Payments and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Dodo Payments may refuse a refund request where evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour is found.

Where you are a Consumer and a Product is Digital Content that has been immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the Product, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content transmission has begun.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer based in the UK or European Union, you retain any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

If you have a complaint that we have not resolved, UK consumers may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
