1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing signalproof.io or purchasing any product from Signal Proof, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
Signal Proof is operated by Mild Weather Studio LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us", or "Signal Proof" refer to Mild Weather Studio LLC.
2. The Product
The Signal Proof Implementation Hub is a digital product — a structured Notion workspace system designed to help e-commerce brands improve their visibility in AI-powered search and recommendation tools over a 30-day sprint.
The Implementation Hub is an educational and operational resource. It provides frameworks, templates, guidance, and tools. Results are not guaranteed. AI recommendation systems are operated by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and others) whose algorithms, policies, and outputs are outside our control.
3. Purchase & Access
- Products are purchased via Dodo Payments. By purchasing, you also agree to Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
- Access to the Notion workspace is provided via a unique link delivered to your email address at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping your access link secure. Do not share it publicly.
- Access is for one user (individual or company). Redistribution or resale of the workspace is not permitted.
- You must have a Notion account (free or paid) to use the product. We are not responsible for any Notion service issues.
4. Licence & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Implementation Hub for your own business purposes.
You may:
- Duplicate the workspace to your own Notion account and customise it for your business.
- Use the templates, frameworks, and guides to improve your own brand's AI visibility.
- Share insights or outputs from the workspace with colleagues within your organisation.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, or distribute the workspace or its contents to third parties.
- Offer the workspace content as part of your own paid product or service without written permission.
- Remove or obscure any Signal Proof branding or attribution.
- Share your access link publicly or in any forum where it could be accessed by non-purchasers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Signal Proof Implementation Hub — including but not limited to guides, frameworks, templates, copy, visual design, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Mild Weather Studio LLC and is protected by copyright.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Your licence is strictly as described in Section 4.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Signal Proof Implementation Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- Use of the product will result in your brand being recommended by any specific AI system.
- The strategies within will produce any particular result within any timeframe.
- The information will remain accurate as AI platforms evolve and update their systems.
- The product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
AI recommendation systems are complex, probabilistic, and subject to change by their operators. We make no guarantees about outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mild Weather Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Signal Proof Implementation Hub.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Refund Policy
Payments for Signal Proof products are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments and provided at their sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please see our full Refund Policy and Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms for further detail.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your access to the product without refund if you breach these Terms — in particular, if you redistribute, resell, or share the workspace in violation of the licence in Section 4.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, to the extent permitted by law.
If you are based in the UK or EU, mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these Terms.
11. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
